New truck model for heavy-duty wood transport
Where could the unveiling of our new truck model be more appropriate than at the world’s largest trade fair for models and model sports:
the “Intermodellbau”
in the Westfalenhallen of Dortmund? From 19 to 22 April 2018, you will be able to visit our exhibitor stand and experience our prototype firsthand:
the new timber transporter by DOLL. This new addition will expand our model truck fleet further into the terrain, namely on the narrow forest roads,
mountainous paths and steep serpentines on which the real timber truck is normally used.
Real off-road pro in a 1:14.5 scale.
Transporting long logs is one of the most difficult challenges in timber transport. DOLL’s robust timber transporter can transport logs up to 22 metres
in length through the terrain. The two-axle self-steering trailer with hydraulic steering, which we have also built as a detailed model of ScaleART
in a 1:14.5 scale and which we will present at the “Intermodellbau”, will help the transporter manage any challenging transport tasks.
